Please read these Terms of Service carefully before ordering from Sticky Dirt Bag. These terms apply to consumer purchases made through stickydirtbag.com. Trade and wholesale purchases may be subject to separate written terms.

References in these terms to “we”, “us” and “our” mean 100 Whats Limited. References to “you” and “your” mean the customer or website user.
2. Our Products
We sell self-adhesive paper bags designed to catch dust and debris while drilling.
Product descriptions, photographs, pack quantities, prices and other information are displayed on the relevant product page. We take reasonable care to ensure this information is accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of differences between screens, printing and production batches.
Sticky Dirt Bag does not replace personal protective equipment, powered dust extraction or other safety measures required for the tool, surface or material being drilled. Always follow the instructions supplied with your drill, drill bit and the material being worked on. Test the adhesive on a small, inconspicuous area before using it on delicate, freshly painted or wallpapered surfaces.
3. Placing an Order
You can place an order by selecting your products, adding them to your basket, providing the requested delivery and payment information, and completing checkout.
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order. We will send an email acknowledging receipt. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. This may happen because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery restrictions apply or we have identified an error in the price or product information.
Please check your order and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment is taken or authorised when you place your order.
We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order. If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order is submitted, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed during checkout.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown, and in any event within 30 days unless a different delivery date has been agreed with you. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if a substantial delay is expected.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. Where these are not collected during checkout, you may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or delivery provider.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order, return products and receive a refund are explained in our Return and Refund Policy:

You normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it and then a further 14 days to return it. We also offer an extended 30-day returns promise for qualifying unused products.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not perform as it should, please contact support@stickydirtbag.com. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms or our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Your Use of Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful material.
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.
- Use automated systems to place fraudulent orders or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
8. Intellectual Property
The Sticky Dirt Bag name, logo, product design, website content, photographs, videos, graphics and written materials are owned by or licensed to 100 Whats Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms gives you permission to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and certain payments, deliveries or website features may be provided by third parties.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion.
10. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those available when you place the order. Any changes will not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted.

These terms and purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. UK consumers may bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the UK in which they live.
